My parents met during World War II in Silverdale, WA and I was born in the Bremerton, WA Naval hospital. I spent most of my life in Alabama, except for 2 years at Ft. Meade, MD.
My wife, Jeannie, and I moved to Ridgefield, WA in 2003 to be closer to our son and his wife. Jeannie, who is a Clark College nursing instructor at SW Washington Medical Center, and I were married in 1968. We have 2 cats, Thomas and Maggie. I enjoy hiking, racquetball, golf and most spectator sports.
